Welcome to Stress Relief Center of New York. The center was established by private psychiatric clinic New York Psychiatric Services, P.C. New York Psychiatric Services has 3 locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Our staff consists of 5 clinical psychiatrists, M.D., (three of us are Board Certified in general psychiatry, in child and adolescent psychiatry), 3 clinical psychologists (Ph.D., Psy.D.) and 10 psychotherapists with LCSW-R, CSW, and MSW level of training.

We treat all age populations from children and adolescents to adults and geriatric patients. Our treatment philosophy combines traditional and alternative medicine including different modes of psychotherapy, biofeedback, music therapy and medication management. Our special program affiliated with Neuroscience Lab, Inc is diagnostics and correction of brain chemical imbalance with natural remedies or medications. Diagnostics based on urine or/and saliva testing of major neurotransmitters responsible for maintenance of normal emotional state. We specialized on ADHD, Anxiety Disorders (panic disorder, PTSD, social phobia, generalized anxiety disorder), depression, insomnia, PMS/PMDD/menopausal mood isorder, family/relationship problems, stress management, smoking cessation.
